<lynX> There is no need for a separate port number. Any node type can allocate the regular PSYC port number and do communications according to their necessities. The original PSYC architecture suggests that UNLs can be intentionally advertized in order for users to contact UNLs directly rather than UNIs. That means in practice: Direct client to client connections, but the client may instead by a local daemon.
