You can join it by successfully installing a PSYC client or server such as psyced, then click or /enter psyc://psyced.org/@welcome - or you can use the webchat at https://psyced.org/PSYC/ - an IRC client on irc://psyced.org/welcome (that is channel #welcome on server psyced.org) - a Jabber client with psyced.org as its server or an XMPP identity entering a Multi User Chat on psyced.org called *welcome (yes, with an asterisk). In all cases, you are connected to a PSYC place, it just looks different in many ways.
