I once in 1993 dared to say

Liegt wohl daran, dass IRC als schnelles elektronisches Kommunikationsmedium immernoch ungeschlagen ist (obwohl es ja nur ein 5-Menschmonate Projekt waere etwas besseres zu programmieren).

Unfortunately PSYC took a little longer than five man months.
